Situated in the heart of the most desirable location in the French Riviera, this vast site was acquired by our client with the intent to transform this dated house into a stunning holiday destination.

LPM were engaged as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors to oversee and control the complete renovation project, which involved stripping out the original house, creating a new basement under the footprint of the building, internal structural alterations, full M&E replacement, all new finishes, fittings and furniture.

When complete in summer 2026, the finished 10,000 sq ft building will be a magnificent home, complete with underground spa facilities, a cinema, massage room, cinema. The landscaped gardens will include an 18m pool, tennis court and separate pool house.
