We have worked with some of the best Architects and Interior Designers in the super-prime market and support those designers by offering Project Management expertise to them directly.
Working under an Architect or Interior Designer, Lansdowne can manage construction activities on their behalf, enabling them to expand the service offering to their clients.
On behalf of the designer, we can carry out value engineering to meet budget constraints, manage main contractors or specialist subcontractors, organise supplier workshops, produce programmes, cost and management reports, assist with FF&E procurement and provide ad-hoc assistance as required.
