LPM were engaged by our client to carry out a hands-on, light-touch refurbishment of this Grade II listed house, prior to marketing for sale.

The project involved renovating the principal reception rooms, refreshing the kitchen and bathrooms, replacement of the old lift with a modern electric-traction lift, updating the AV and lighting control systems and transforming the pool and gym into a state-of-the-art spa facility.
